- Dr. Von Dinkenstein's Frankencreep experiment seems to inexplicably move from Germany to the village of Transylvania, which seems to be the only place his experiments occurred.
- There seems to be intentional anachronistic jokes to flashbacks with the village of Transylvania, including the naming of "Ye Olde Book Shop" and having a burger joint.
