Troy Baker is an American screen and voice actor, and musician. He has been the voice Van Kleiss in Cartoon Network's Generator Rex (starring Daryl Sabara, John DiMaggio, and Grey DeLisle), Hawkeye and Loki in the Disney XD shows, Avengers Assemble and Ultimate Spider-Man, and the Joker in the video games, Batman: Arkham Origins and Batman: Assault on Arkham.
