The Two-headed Mummy Werewolf only appeared in Freddie's fantasy in Dog Gone Scooby.
Physical appearance[]
The brown-furred, two-headed werewolf was mostly wrapped up in white tape, leaving only its ears, claws, part of its face, and the tip of its tail exposed.

When Scooby-Doo decided to run away from home after feeling neglected by the gang, Freddie described a hypothetical scenario of what could've been happening to him which started with Scooby getting captured by Mole Men. An old woman rescued him, but she turned out to be Dracula in disguise. Dracula took Scooby to his Two-headed Mummy Werewolf.
