If some of you think I'm unfair then it's only because I have to be the boss (it doesn't just run itself, which is unfortunate, but probably for the best), and you just get to goof around (and sometimes just goof around to the point where some of you do nothing but shoddy edits because you think being a fan qualifies you as a capable editor. Well, it doesn't, because being a fan and being able to do good, productive contributions are two separate things.)

I try to talk to you guys, but you also have to talk to me. Tell me if you're having trouble, don't like something, or think something could be different. I'm relatively open to your ideas. If you see a number pop up on you avatar on the top right hand side of the screen, please answer it or at least read it and understand. If you follow what I've asked then I know you'll have read it. If not, then I will ban you with a note to get your attention.

If you feel your ban is unjust (outside of the aforementioned ban) then please make a thread and we can discuss how we can fix it.
