April Winchell (Nightfright)
The "vampire waitress" is the nickname given to a waitress who works at The Bloody Stake, which is a vampire-themed restaurant.
She has brown hair in long pigtails and a band around her long neck.
She waits for her customers to come to their table when it is (finally) ready for them. She had a big problem with Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers (sometimes, when they take advantage of "All You Can Gorge" night).
Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated
She was waiting for Daphne and Fred Jones, Jr. to come to their table. Shaggy called Fred on the phone that Nightfright was on the loose in Vincent Van Ghoul's house. Daphne told the waitress that she was leaving.
The vampire waitress was watching Scooby and Shaggy eating dinner and she told them that it was the last order, but Shaggy told her to keep feeding him and Scooby, because it was "All You Can Gorge Night" and Scooby just gobbled up everything.
