Early life

Wendy was an old high school friend of Daphne Blake.

She had got a job at the Sky Circus the same time the Sky Skeleton first attacked.

Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (first series)

Since the Sky Skeleton attacks started soon after she joined, she was a suspect, particularly to the airport manager, Amelia Parmer.
