Who's Minding the Monster? is the first half of the eleventh episode of The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show. It was followed by Scooby ala Mode.

Premise

While in Transylvania, the kids read about Frankenstein's monster returning and frightening the town. In order to solve the mystery, the group get hired as babysitters for the residents of Frankenstein Castle, the Draculas.

  • This is the first appearance of a real Dracula, but it's unknown whether or not he's the same Dracula in future appearances. The same goes for Dracula's wife.

  • None known.

Inconsistencies/continuity errors and/or goofs/oddities

  • The town is notably afraid of Frankenstein's Monster, but they don't appear to have a problem with the vampires or werewolf. A possible explanation is the family is generally peaceful and reclusive, and it is only when Frankenstein's Monster loses control that they become fearful.
