"Iron" Will Williamson (a.k.a. "Dead Justice") was the first Sheriff of Crystal Cove. He died about a century ago, arresting Nitro Wisinski, a bank-robber he pursued into an active volcano.
Years later, Deputy Buckner impersonated his ghost as part of a scheme to discredit the Sheriff and take his job.
