Zeb Perkins
The Witch was the disguise of Zeb Perkins, who used it to scare people off while he looked for a sunken armoured car that contained a lot of money. He was partners with Zeke, who was disguised as a Zombie.

Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights
The witch appeared as common enemy. She is capable of flight and can cast spells at Scooby-Doo. She is found in all areas of the game (Mystic Manor, the Haunted Grounds and Smugglers' Cove).
